Abstract

Tungsten (W), Molybdenum (Mo) and their alloyed electrode material with excellent high temperature strength and less deformation and abrasion by repeated heating and pressurization are effective for extending the life span of electrode and hastening its shot cycle in resistance welding.

抵抗溶接において電極寿命を延ばしショットサイクルを上げるために、高温強度に優れ、繰り返される発熱や加圧によって変形や磨耗が少ないタングステン（W）やモリブデン（Mo）そしてこれらの合金電極材料が効果を上げています。
