Abstract

Since tungsten is difficult to form, it was impossible to manufacture minimum tungsten ribbon (thin sheet) 1mm thick or thinner. This time, we can manufacture minimum tungsten ribbon of wide size range.
That is, we introduce minimum tungsten ribbon.
