Abstract

In a previous paper, it was reported that SiC and TiO2 additions were effective in giving static dissipativity to Al2O3 and ZrO2 oxide ceramics.
This paper examined the relationship between additions quantities of dispersed conductive ceramics and electrical resistivity with the resistance indicator of a double ring system which is able to accurately measure the electrical resistivity of high resistance area. It also investigated the effect of HIP on the electrical resistivity and mechanical properties of these semi-conductive ceramics.
